Job Bible Study with Intern Stacy Craig

Why do good people suffer? This is the question Job asks God after he repeatedly encounters tragedy. Job’s friends offer explanations, such as Job must have done something to deserve this, but Job disagrees, and demands God answer why do righteous, innocent people suffer?
​Join Recovery Church Intern Stacy Craig for an 8-week bible study and discussion about the Book of Job, which is known as part of the wisdom tradition of the Old Testament. 

We’ll especially focus on diverse interpretations of the text and what they tell us about God’s answer from the whirlwind. Each session will start with a check-in and teaching from the book, followed by time for discussion and questions. Join for the whole series or come as you are able.
