With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot see a safe way to hold Gopher State XLVII on May 22-24, 2020. The Board is committed to holding Gopher State XLVII, however; it is not clear when that will be. We are actively looking at other alternatives and will provide updates as solutions become clear.
Please keep safe and stay sober. In Service, Gopher State Roundup Board of Directors Every September, SAMHSA (The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration ) sponsors Recovery Month to increase awareness and understanding of mental and substance use disorders and celebrate the people who recover.
The 2019 theme is Join the Voices for Recovery: Together We Are Stronger. SAMHSA is the agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that leads public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation.
